Is this a Panzer badge?

Article about: I assume this is post-war. But I do not know what ouitfit it represents. Does anybody know? Do YOU think it is post war? Thanks

    Hi Bob, it will be a post war Vets badge as you suspected.

    The tactical sign is for the 4th Pz Div. The 12 will represent 12th Pz Grendier Regt which was part of the Division. Green is of course the corps colour.
