Panzer Badge / Pins - Different Backs?

Hi,

I have two what look to be some sort of Panzer badge / pins. Could anyone provide anymore details on these? Also, I noticed that the back side of the badges seem to be different. Is one authentic and one fake?

These are Panzerkampfabzeichen in Silber, Panzer Assault badges, and were earned by Panzer crewmen.
