Thanks friends, I am really enjoying "saving" as much of this history as possible, I think I have kept together all of his Military pieces, just a shame all the pre-war SA awards, shooting plaques/medals, paperwork and WW1 items went other directions. Leon.

Hi Jerry and Phillip, you guys are spot on as I have been "digging" on this chap(with a little help from Ade) and found that he was a squadron commander in an anti-tank unit of the Panzerjager Pioneer corps. Leon.

Leon and the "P's" on them are for Panzerjager units not Panzer who just use the pink piping.
