Sorry to say, this one doesn't look good to me. The MM looks to be low and it appears they tried to stamp the left rear wreath with 800 but failed, twice, and tried again successfully on the upper right. Also, the eagle looks to have a body of an eagle but a head of a turtle.
I agree with fvrod, all the reasons he points out plus the poor wreath, crappy casting and wrong rear set up. There are at least 14 different fake versions of the Osang Fallschirmschutzenabzeichen and here's another example of the same type as you show less the weird 800 silver stampings.
