Patches

Returned from the antique store today with 2 supposed World War II German patches. They seem authentic (their quality is good), though I have some reservations. The background color is almost forest green, which seems odd, as does the bright yellow color of one of the patches (see pic). I understand that the gray patch denotes private first class, but I am unsure what the yellow patch is (it's purported to be an NCO Radioman patch, but I have never seen it before). It also seems to have some gray material sown underneath the green patch. Can anyone help with some info, and also tell me if they're authentic? Also, where would these patches be worn on uniform? I assume too that they are Heer patches? Thanks a ton.

Hello,
both insignias are authentic and prewar (due to the dark green backing).
first one is for an Oberschutze/Oberjäger........etc..........and it was worn on the left sleeve above the elbow.
Second insignia is for a Funkmeister and it was worn on the right forearm.
