Question about overcoat...

Hi guys, i have a question, because i'm not able to find informations about it.
Do you know if some german units in WWII wear blac k overcoats? (except
Allgemeine SS and SS-VT of course...)
Because a friend of mine found this one and i'm not able to answer him if some units wear this colour as TeNo, DAF or some other. It can be only a civilian...
We are looking for informations not about the originality or not if this item, it is for 99.9% a fake.
