I am sure there will be some others with more of an expert opinion than me, its just looks to new looking, but I cannot enlarge the photos to get a closer look, but maybe someone else can tell from a distance?

This is I believe a West German uniform I will add a photo for comparison. In my opinion I would stay clear of it. I have done a little more research and it would appear to be a West German border gaurds uniform from the 1950-1960
