ribbon bars and eagle insignia for review
posting these ribbon bars for a friend , we would like to know what the both are, and would they both be ww2 period original items, my friend says his gramps was a mountain troop, he has shown me a nice original scoped k98 that was inherited . he also has shown me an eagle insignia and a shoulder board , i do not know what the eagle insignia is.
any help would be greatly appreciated , thank you.

The photos are very small and will not enlarge. It's difficult
to tell anything from these pics.........

The real treasure may be the scoped K98 if an original WW2 period marksman's rifle.

The eagle with the ribbon bars is the cap eagle for the ww1 veterans association 1939 pattern. if that helps.

More likely a Veteran supporters lapel stick pin, due to it's size.........
