    I believe this would be a grade 6 due to the second pattern shield and one acorn.
    I don't see anything wrong with it.

    How did the grading work? What is the correct way to write the name for this Schützenschnur?

    There may be better charts out there but this is best one I have saved on my hard drive. Zoom in and I hope you understand German.

    Thanks for moving the thread, I will get the hang of this soon enough.
    As said above, it's a marksmanship lanyard level 6, i.e. a Schützenschnur Stufe 6. (It was never called "Schützenschnur in Silber".) The badge for grades 1 - 4 had a thinner wreath and shorter swords.

    Great information TWS and thank you for the corrections HPL2008!

    Now it makes sense what the different grades of the Schützenschnur are and what their correct title is.
