    Gday Fella's
Picked up a bundle of shoulder boards last week and I am having trouble identifying these two.
    Any idea's?

The officers board is gold on dark blue which makes me think Kriegsmarine but I'm not sure.
The older style NCO board is black but the tress has me a bit baffled at present.
The problem is I only have ref. material for Heer boards and could not find a match on line.
Any help would be appreciated greatly.
    Thanks Fella's in advance.
    Have a good day.

Hi Dave, Kriegsmarine is not really my thing. But I can tell you both were intended for wear on the white summer tunic as they have the "T" shaped tongues to the end of the straps to slip inside the shoulder seam.

    Here are KM ranks:

Kriegsmarine Officer's, NCO & EM rank insignia

I don't actually recognise the tress pattern, but as I say, not really my thing.

    Cheers, Ade.

Not a pattern of tress that I have seen before, but both are probably KM. The "black" board is probably very dark blue, as they can look black.
    Regards,

    Jerry

    Whatever its just an opinion.
