Default Signals or Construction engineers Commissioned Officer Litzen ?

    Hi,

Are those Commissioned Officer' signals or Construction engineers litzen ?
The light brown was used until 1937 by signals and then by Construction engineers until 1942.
I know the light brown was also used pre 1940 by teaching staff (non-technical) at military academies.

    Thanks !

The problem is on my screen they look a dirty grey and getting opinions on true colour is best done in the hand IMO.
