    Vary nice collection I'm not much into any Navy items myself,one has to just look at the history hear.Thanks for the show.Darrell

    Unfortunately the frame could not be saved - it was falling apart , had no glass and could not be made strong enough to accept modern picture glass.
    I had the photos and tally reframed in the same style as it came to me.

    That's to bad. It's still a very nice grouping, definitely something that I would want in my collection. Did you get it from the family?

    Nick, I bought it from a collector who lies in Germany.
    As an add on - my father was on one of the Ryal Navy MTB's which were sent out in the forlorne hope of damaging the Brest Squadron when they forced the Channel in Feb. 1942.
