Third Reich Related Uniform?

Hello,

A friend of mine in Germany who I have brought many WW2 items off of him before has come by a uniform which his grand father owned, he has no idea what it is nor do I. It is dated 1936, could it be some sort of fatigue uniform?

The stamp appears to read "LeMans"....perhaps this is French?

Looks like G "crown" R to me, in other words King George so British?

Could be for a steward, but also hospital or food service
use as well.........

If they were military or related, I would expect to see much more stampings and/or insignia regardless of the country of origin.
