Trade Badge?

Hi Chaps.
Happy new year to you all.
I recently picked this trade badge up with a whole load of other TR insignia, and was hoping someone could enlighten me as to what it is, or who would have worn it?

It's one of a number of different Laufbahnabzeichen [occupational specialty- or career badges] for Mannschaften [ratings below Petty Officer ranks] of the Kriegsmarine [Navy].

The badges were worn on the left upper arm, in yellow-on-blue embroidery (as seen here) with navy-blue uniform items and in blue-on-white embroidery on the white shirt.

This particular one is for the Kraftfahrerlaufbahn [motor vehicle drivers' career]; the symbol is, of course, a steering wheel.
