Is this tunic authentic ?

Hello everyone, I am a helmet guy but I have had this tunic for quite sometime and have looked into uniforms of this type on the internet and cant seem to dig up too much information about what it is, real? fake? fantasy?

A very strange tunic this and I agree about the litzen and SB's being added recently and the same for the eagle, which has been very poorly applied with part of it's backing sticking out and not sewn correctly.

Very bad attempt at faking a TR tunic, IMO
