And the tank destroyer badge is not the WWII version, which has a short barrel to the gun.
Not sure what the uniform is, certainly not a German made WWII example.

Maybe austrian?
I don't thing post war Norwegian tunic, but as stated, the badge does not look good,
which may tell you that you should look for more red flags

Considering features, prewar markings and Heer markings, i think that this tunic may be austrian as already mentioned in the thread.
Pionier Batallion 70 was formed with austrian personnel and the upper part of the breast pockets is quite characteristic...so austrian converted to german specifications after the Anschluss...IMO
Not saying it's 100 % sure original and untouched, just saying that it deserves better examination as potential is there...
