Wehrmacht uniform?

Please can somebody tell me about this uniform? Was this model used only in WH, or with LW, SS too?

Iam not an expert on Tunics ...it looks like an early style Herr HBT summer tunic that has been stripped. Can we have a few more pictures? Does not look like in too bad of condition. Wait for Mr. Coleman and others to chime in.
