    Could be anything. Collar litzen were not limited to german uniforms.

    I think you will find its a German firemans (Feurwehr) dress uniform with incorrect collar litzen.

    the collar patches trully do not match the tunic style at all.
    with this hard collar, i would say Niderlands, Swedish, Polish...

    No, I really think it is a German Feurwehr jacket. If the pictures were better we would see the German pebble dashed buttons. I used to own a very similar one with its insignia, but I dont have a picture of it unfortunately.

    I would like to know if there is any trace of shoulderboards.

    It may well date from before 1933.

    The term "Wehrmacht" could indicate any branch of the German armed forces.

    There is a dealer based in Holland who sells tunics, caps, and so - on, which he gets from house clearances in Germany and sells on ebay. From time to time he has offered tunics like this.
