Here is a Wehrmacht Panzer officers bevo M38 side cap eagle in silver wire on black backing, I am sure it is an original but any other comments or help would be appreciated

Here is a Wehrmacht Panzer officers bevo M38 side cap eagle, I am sure it is an original but from thre back it looks like it could be Kriegsmarine administration due t blue hue to the rear....any other comments or help would be appreciated

It appears to be a nice original flatwire cap eagle. It also appears to be black. If it is dark blue, it is as you said, KM admin.
