What are these patches for?

Article about: Does anybody know what these patches represent? I looked everywhere selling patches, and can't find any like it - even at Weitzes. And am I displaying them right side up? Thanks.

    Hi Bob, they are Heer "Wallfeldwebel" qualification trade insignia. Worn on the lower right sleeve by a Fortifications Sgt Major.

    You have got them the right way up
