What is this uniform?

Hi guys, can you please tell me, what is this tunic? Don't pay attention to insignia, the tunic was offered a few days ago with a very bad eagle, today appeared again with a good eagle... What I am asking about is the tunic - which country, which period? Could it be pre-1937 Austrian? Or some other country? Or postwar?

The shape of the breast pockets flaps looks like pre-Anschluss austrian design...

My guess is Croatian. I have attached pictures. Many of them converted old Austrian uniforms for wear.

What you need to realize is that Austria was annexed and by the start of the war most of them had proper German uniforms. I have attached two pictures of Croatian Legion members with this style tunic, and all some pictures of Croatian Army uniforms with this green collar. See the similarity?
