I am no expert on clothing but this looks to me like your basic German HBT tunic. These were used as work tunics as opposed to the wool combat ones. This is just my guess so wait for other opinions for more/better details.

That's a M33 Drillichrock produced from 1939-40 in reed green "HBT"...
