White Summer Tunic for Artillary Major

Here is a white Summer Tunic. Appears to be for Artillary Major.

Came with the slip on shoulder boards and metal breast eagle. While lightly soiled its in great shape.

Is this a 2nd pattern white Summer tunic.

I can find no maker mark or size, but its small. Pardon the picture of an unhappy 10 year old boy pulled out of bed to model how small it is.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Nice tunic. For a runt though. Interesting to see, how people have gotten taller in just that (relatively) short span of time due to nutrition etc. Could of course be for a short stature person to begin with.
Good detailed pics. I was especially noticed with interest, how the buttons were fastened.
I assume to not put a strain on the relatively thin material ....or was it simply, so buttons could be easily exchanged?

This guy's 11 and small himself. Amazing. They must shrink. I won't even go into the japanese uniforms I have. They just fit my GI Joe's....
