    Ive been looking for a decent High lift wth a textbook white grip for quite while and suddenly i came accross one!
    Mint blade ( a few grease spickles are still on it, but its full mint!)
    patina is great overal and the portepee is great
    I let the pictures do the talking..
    Enjoy this great dagger, i sure do

    We spoke about this one on the phone and you weren't exaggerating, it's a beauty! Textbook late Alcoso all the way in great condition. I love this high lift crossguard. Great find my friend

    Thank you Gents!
    Terry got this one last week but didnt had the time to take decent pics, and im not completely satisfied yet.
    The pics towards the pommel are a bit out of focus, will redo them, the pommel leaves arent sharp either, im a bit disapointed
    Will fix it later on today.

    These High Lift examples are always a crowd please..as with SA daggers no collection should be with out a Suhl made dagger ( Kober) ..as is the Alcoso High lift dagger to a Heer collection. This is a very pristine example showing what is common and expected. Congrats on a fine acquisition. Regards Larry

    Always loved the Art Deco style design of this eagle. Alcoso were certainly not shy or reserved when it came to breaking the mould, so to speak. saying that, poor Mr ACS died in a ghetto not long after this design was introduced!.

    Makes you wonder what the High Command thought of it.

    Great piece again Ger.

    Finding an orange grip Alcoso example featuring this design cross-guard is not easy, nearly always white!.
