Authenticity of WKC Heer dagger

I have been offered this dagger and would like your opinions please. It is not a prime example, but the celluloid handle looks uncracked. No makers mark shown, and I have asked the seller to check for this, but it looks like a WKC example to me.

Agree with the above it looks like a later WKC crossguard

He's asking $250, which I think is fair.

I think it's a good price as well. The hangers alone are likely worth $70-$100.
These daggers usually sell for $375-$400 or so.

I know there will be some purists who will say no, but you can make the
blade look much better with a light cleaning. At least you'll be happy
knowing it is a genuine one.........!

Thats just over £157 plus those hangers as well included, that would be a steal over here, lucky devil

For that price, it is most definitely a great deal. The grip is beautiful.

Thanks Mark, the grip was what initially caught my eye. It is a local sale so I can see it first.
