Early SMF army dagger

    Great looking and very correct SMF..most of these are slant gripped, I have two, first has a tapered tang and the second has a non-tapered tang, both with a slant grip! I have seen legitimate SMF's with these fittings and a non slant grip also, but I believe they are quite rare. Neat thing is that the SMF slant is made of light weight base metal fittings that keeps the weight way down compared to other slants, really something when hefted in one hand and you hold a brass based slant in the other!
