Heer dagger , salesman sample. Unknown maker

Article about: Found a gent online that has a seemingly correct miniature salesman sample heer dagger. I have never seen this type of marking on a blade. Any ideas. ?

    There are no Salesman samples
    this is a letteropener, i showed the original advertisement sheets of Alcoso stating these with a marbel base are paperweights with letteropeners and without this base just letteropeners.
    Looking at this crossguard most likely this would be an Alcoso product.
    this one is used for advertisement purposes, the name on the blade is the one who is advertising....

    Ok guys thanks much. I now know these are letter openers. I hope when this one comes to clean up the tip of the blade as it looks like someone burnt it, seller accepted 220 usd.
