Well Dzyner here are my 2 cents:
Etch is for sure the Voos type, and looking at the rest it looks like an unmarked Voos dagger, it has the proper etch and the proper fittings for it.
Im not sure about the scabbard, and it probably is not the factory issued one, i rather would see this one with the 1 screw config.
So lets wait for some more opinions from the Heer dagger gents, as for sure these Voos etched Daggers are, when genuine, very expensive!

Voos has that Unique style to it that stands out from other etches.

Thanks for the replies guys. I had a feeling it was a Voos. You're correct Ger, it is unmarked.
