Default What the hell is this?

A friend of mine hast his sheet of "transfers" which came from Jersey.

The eagles are larger than helmet decals and the party "Flag" measures about 1 and 3/3 inches........

But what are they? and are they original?

They are "water slide" transfers, covered with tissue paper that does not glow, nor may I add does the paper. What were they used for? I have never seen anything like them before????

I have to add that the detail is quite amazing

Suggestions please, and no rude ones
