I am trying to locate the current whereabouts of this WW II Seaforth Highlanders MK II helmet. I am offering a $150 REWARD to anyone who can put me in direct contact with the owner. Thank you.

I thought that helmet looked familiar...it was posted on CMCF as well. I would like to find one like it too.

I agree.
The problem with this post is that it leads you to believe that this helmet is stolen. No proof just inuendo. So if any honest collector has one of these unit painted helmets it might lead someone to believe that the collector is in posession of a stolen helmet.
Not enough information from a NEW member with ONE post.
Bad business I think.

I'm sure if it was stolen, he would have said that, as that would make it more personal for other collectors to keep an eye out for it.
