With my little knowledge of these, I would say the shell is US, chin strap is Israeli,not 100% sure but the liner might be Israeli too.

Yes, the shell is clearly a US M1917. Never considered the Israeli thing. Interesting !

Hi,
I agree: US M1917 refurbished by Israel.
Various types of helmets of Brodie family were used by Israeli Army (US, British, South Africans, etc) until the "Six Day War".
I have this South African MK2 partially reconditioned by Israelis, in this case have only replaced the center bolt and it was repainted in white color.
