For one reason or another, these helmets are not very pricey... so unless you can get it for a price you're satisfied with, I'd say pass on it.

I guess it all depends on whe "Not Very Pricey" is to a particular person. You can't touch a decent Kelly Conversion for less than $150 USD and quite often a good example will sell for well in excess of $200. Now that certainly is not the kind of bucks the nice WWII German helmets go for but it's still a pretty good dent in the wallet to most.

This Kelly looks to have excellent texture and, buried under a layer of dust, looks to be in pretty good condition.
