Nice Dunlop stamp on the liner for Size Seven and a Quarter and manufacture date of August 1942.There is a name on the Chin Strap but its very hard to read,im working on it !
Has anyone positively identified the T as being for Transport or Telephone ?
    Cheers Mick

"Telephone" would get my vote too....but what do we know?? ;-)

Nice helmet and I suspect very scarce.....I'm still trying to crack RP/L and RP/U over here......probably Line and Utility...but can't find any supporting evidence yet. And yes, I've just checked, they're not Aussie imports!

Yes ive always tended to think Telephone too,as Transport would have been looked after by the companies themselves you would think.
    Thanks Fellas
