    I have seen 2-3 differant types of nets used on Aussie helmets check out period photos at the end

    Unfortunately this ones not mine but a friends, a MkI* with a 37 dated liner. Malta camo' with painted over flash on the side with an early woven net.

    Here's an army Mk2, shell made by F&L dated 1940, liner by J.C.S.& W Ltd & also dated 1940 with what looks like an Dobson & M Browne & Co Ltd net.

    Not strictly a helmet net but any excuse to show a fibre rim HSAT then I think it's worth it.
