British helmet opinion - buy or not buy?

Next week is my birthday and I'm looking for a gift for myself.

Based on Perun303's post, I'd like to know your opinion about the helmet below, chin strap, camo cover and how much would you pay for it.

the cover I think is modern,chance off getting a real one is slim,if you like it and the price is right get it.

what re you looking for an original one or just one that looks original for a mannequin !!

Personally ive not seen a hessian cover with machined foilage slots , imo that was what netting was for , im not even certain these were purposely manufactured , i thought these were put togrther by the individual wearer of the helmet , i have one with hand sewn pleats so it fits tightly to the helmet , but no foilage loops , see if Tinlid responds

You need a different chin strap for early wartime

Is it a pimped homefront Helmet? Never seen a cover like this before.
