the cover I think is modern,chance off getting a real one is slim,if you like it and the price is right get it.

Personally ive not seen a hessian cover with machined foilage slots , imo that was what netting was for , im not even certain these were purposely manufactured , i thought these were put togrther by the individual wearer of the helmet , i have one with hand sewn pleats so it fits tightly to the helmet , but no foilage loops , see if Tinlid responds
