Finally got an opportunity to buy a Brodie.. Chin Strap probably does not belong here - but what do you think about the rest?
Genuine one? Markings: AMO II 1941. (could be possible AMC??)
Best regards form Slovenia,
Robert.

Hi Robert, welcome to the forum!
The rest of the helmet looks fine.
Cheers, Ade.
Had good advice? Saved money? Why not become a Gold Club Member, just hit the green "Join WRF Club" tab at the top of the page and help support the forum!
It looks fine to me, I suspect the chinstrap may be a replacement when the original snapped, as happened at times.

Ade, thanks for fast reply!
What do You think - 50€ - a good deal?
Cheers,
Robert
It is not a Brodie, it is a Helmet steel MKII.
The price is OK for a helmet of this type.

Jerry
Whatever its just an opinion.
No worries, lots of people do the same thing and in fact I have done it in the past. Also, for future posts can you please use the forum picture uploader as it is often the case that external picture hosting sites lose the pictures sooner or later and that then makes the thread useless for other users.
Welcome to the forum Robert.

Bargain at $50, AMC, Austin Motors Co, although looking a bit mint the chin strap is the correct one for a 41 dated army Mk2.
Guys, thanks for the comments and help.
I bought it: eGun
When I get it, I'll do some photos.
