Brodie helmet

Hi. My friend found a brodie helmet for me but I want to be sure it's real before actually buying the thing. He sent me some photos so let me know if this is real or fake.

Looks like a possible re-furb..liner looks almost new as does the paint and the chinstrap, any markings on the liner.Unusual to see two makers stamps on the shell?

It does look to have been restored and it is strange to have two different makers marks on it, though it is late here and I don't have the time to look into this, but I expect the answer will have been given by the time I look again tomorrow.

I was thinking it was a refurb too. I just wasn't sure if the markings were real. That's my main concern.

Liner looks like a repro' one & a repaint by the looks, the AMC 1941 is from another helmet as that is painted a different colour to the EC& Co helmet.
