I think it might be a British Mk1 that has been refurbished and used by the Portuguese. They had a round badge at the front.

The badge can be round, or somewhat be, because it was complete removed
The second because I dont think that is was Portugese used is the liner is not like the portugese ones
To the colour it seem to be russiangreen like on WW2 era SSH helmets
Its just an idea
