Insignia looks like an E4 specialist, and I only know that because my grandpa was one. Really cool cover, where'd you get it?

Forgive my ignorance, what is an E4 specialist? It was purchased on another forum.
    Thanks,

Basically similar to a corporal. Like a mechanic. My grandpa was a missile technician if that helps.

    Thanks again Rene!
So, what I get from your link is that the person that wore this cover was an NCO?
