Canadian 1940 DATED MkII

Article about: So I take it 1940 was the first year they produced the Mk2 in Canada? Here's a 1941 dated one.

    A very nice helmet indeed sir thank you for adding it to this thread I must say it is a pleasant surprise to see this particular Mk II with the number 1 steel batch code and the C-/l\ mark stamped on the exterior of the shell.

    I had a two tone Canadian net arrive in the mail a few days ago and it is well worn,faded,and torn and with out a doubt has seen some heavy usage thought this particular Mk II would be a good helmet to display it on IMO the scrim is green and brown oil cloth .
