    Good to see them all of them in one post . Many thanks.

    The strips of oil cloth seems to be a Canadian thing. Did the strips come ready made , or did you have to cut them yourself ? I have often wondered.

    Steve the strips as far as I can remember came on a role pre-cut to width and if memory serves me correct there were 5 different colors.
    Black being one of them but it is rarely seen..

    Steve I only have a couple images on file of the one net I was referring to and nothing that shows the edge detail very close and can not take more pictures as it now resides in a collection in Holland as you can see by the size of the net it would have been more suited to fit a Mk III and or M-1 than the Mk II one of the largest woven Canadian nets I had ever seen..
