Article about: Hi there so im at my buddys the other day playing poker and he runs out of cash.So to match my 2 daller bet he puts this helm in the pool.So lucky me i win now I have this thing and am kind

    Hi there so im at my buddys the other day playing poker and he runs out of cash.So to match my 2 daller bet he puts this helm in the pool.So lucky me i win now I have this thing and am kind of hopeing to find some stuff out about it. I was told this is a good place to start.

    MK T 1941

    Looks like a fairly standard, GSW, General Steelwares of Canada Mk II helmet. I have one dated 1942 Does it look like it was repainted at some point? Mine was, I think it's rarer to find them in their original colours.

    If the repaint is a semi gloss dark green, it was painted for post-war use. Nice complete example though!
