    Looks to be a nice camo No2 helmet anti-gas curtain, but would need to see lots more pics' of the curtain & inside helmet & outside if you can.

    I really like the Canadian anti-gas helmet cover. There is also a hood version as well. However, they are getting harder to find.

    Liner is probably South African as they are the only country I can think of who used felt pads
