Good MK2 buy?

I was browsing on E-Bay this morning for a tommy helmet or more commonly known here as a lid. I have found a great example but it was an auction however that didn't stop me. I won the auction and now I'm paying for this helmet. Is £41.01 a good deal for an original ww2 British MK2 stamped 1939 with liner and chinstrap?

Excellent value for your money, is the screw a replacement from a black painted helmet or did they "mix and match"? Leon.

I think it's just the brass nut that has discoloured over time.
