    I came acros this helmet, and i've no idea what it is... All i know is that it came from a german collection...Doenst look german to me ( I dont have it, just want to know what the heck it is )

    Thanks, it indeed looks like one. How common are they? And what you'd think about this shape it is in?

    I dont think they are very common? the condition looks pretty rough , but it does look interesting with the old paint and salty looks

    it may have been used by another country, the Israelis also used helmets like these

    An Mk2 helmet steel airborne troops. looking at the paint it might be a post war one.
    Obviously if it is then would be a lot less in money terms.

    Well, i dont know. I dont own it so i cant tell. I was offered this helmet. But he asked way to much for what i wanted to pay so i rejected.
