This is a British or Canadian MkII helmet of the WW2 era. You can identify the maker of the liner and the shell by giving us the letters and figures stamped into the brim of the shell. The liner should have the size and maker mentioned on one of the supports.

Hi,
i would also say Mk 2 brodie W.W.2, going by the liner and whats left of the Mk1 strap. But the liner would have had rexene pads
but this has been altered by the a previous owner.
Good helmet though.
