It looks to be a British MkII, dated 39-45.

The price is a joke, unless it was worn by Queen Elizabeth II during her service in the war, which i very much doubt

I think that works out at £105, which is probably double what it should be worth. Having said that mid-late war painted MkII's in the brown colour are a lot harder to find than the early war painted helmets.
