It is strikingly similar, I can see why you raised this. We should wait for further pictures to make a proper assessment of this helmet, and we shouldnt make wider assumptions or accusations.
No of course, and if it is the same helmet it's possible the helmet made it's way to a Maltese market I suppose. My only comment is to say how similar they look.
