Mine Safety Appliances M1 liner question

Article about: Did Mine Safety Appliances only make liners for WWII? I'm about to buy one from a shop but i'm unsure if it's WWII or post WWII.

Photos of the pot are essential, and of course, the price being asked for the set. Take a camera if you can. A phone is a last resort. Light green paint sounds like 1960's/Vietnam era. It could still be worth having though.

"I might take a photo of it in the shop and post it.M1's are very hard to figure out."

Not if you post it here it's not!

I believe MSA stopped producing M1 helmet liners in mid 1945.
