    Here's another Mk2 No.2C HG, this one has been painted inside & out with textured khaki green paint. So it looks like from 1940 until sometime in 1941 they only painted them textured on the outside & smooth inside, thereafter textured inside & out.
    The shell is dated 1941 & made by BMB, liner is also BMB made but dated 1940.
